Bernard C. Noble III is a Partner of ClearSky. Mr. Noble has more than 20 years of business experience. Prior to joining ClearSky in 2012, Mr. Noble was a Manager of Corporate Development for NextEra Energy. Prior to joining NextEra Energy in 2007, Mr. Noble served in multiple operational and financial roles for Rinker Materials (acquired by Cemex). Mr. Noble holds two B.S. degrees from the Florida State University — in finance and applied economics, respectively. Mr. Noble currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Altamira, Authentic8, Inky, and Utility Innovation Holdings, in addition to currently serving as a board observer of Sceye. Mr. Noble was also formerly a member of the board of directors of Systems Control (acquired by Hubbell). He was also formerly a board observer of Aquion (acquired by Titans Energy), AutoGrid (acquired by Schneider Electric), BHI Energy (acquired by Westinghouse), Greensmith (acquired by Wartsila), Novinium (acquired by Southwire), PrecisionHawk (acquired by Field Holdings), Sentient Energy (acquired by Koch Engineered Solutions), and Space Time Insight (acquired by Nokia).
