Guy Nizan

Guy Nizan is a Venture Partner of ClearSky and responsible for opening and operating its Tel Aviv, Israel office. Prior to joining ClearSky in 2023, Mr. Nizan was CEO and Co-Founder of IntSights, an external threat intelligence and protection platform (acquired by Rapid7). Before founding IntSights, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of Cyber-School, an education company specializing in cyber training programs for high school students (acquired by Highdele Group). Mr. Nizan is an active investor in technology and cybersecurity companies, serving also on numerous advisory boards. Mr. Nizan studied law and accounting at Tel Aviv University and was an officer and founding member of the cybersecurity unit of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces). Forbes Israel included Mr. Nizan in their 2019 “30 under 30” list, recognizing influential young professionals.
