Robert Rauch is a Partner of ClearSky. Mr. Rauch has more than 20 years of engineering and business experience. Prior to joining ClearSky in 2012, Mr. Rauch was a Manager of Corporate Development for NextEra Energy. Prior to joining NextEra Energy in 2009, Mr. Rauch served as a contract lead materials engineer for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Space Shuttle Program. Mr. Rauch holds a B.S. from the University of Florida in chemical engineering and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Mr. Rauch currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Diamanti and Ubicquia, in addition to currently serving as a board observer of Fermata. Mr. Rauch was also formerly a board observer of Alion Energy, Care Daily (f.k.a. People Power), iControl (acquired by Alarm.com and Comcast), iS5 Communications (acquired by Phoenix Contact), NEXTracker (acquired by Flextronics), OhmConnect (acquired by Renew Home), Pike Group (acquired by Lindsay Goldberg), Spruce Finance (acquired by HPS Investment Partners), T-Rex (acquired by Finsight), and Verengo (acquired by Crius).
